I spend a lot of time on the Internet every day, and I see a lot of great stuff, and when something crosses the threshold from novel to quality, I like to share it. Hence this post on Auto-Tune The News. Auto-Tune The News uses news clips, viral videos and talking heads to create funny music videos. The mash-ups feature celebrities, politicians, people interviewed by local news, pundits and experts, and what they say is auto-tuned and dropped on top of dope beats. I have posted an Auto-Tune The News video featuring Weezer, Ron Paul, Charlie Rangel and President Obama above. Unlike most of the people in Auto-Tune The News, Weezer appears by choice.
Auto-Tune The News was created by the Brooklyn, N.Y., musical group The Gregory Brothers, which is comprised of Michael Gregory, Evan Gregory, Andrew Gregory and Sarah Gregory, who is married to Evan.
The most famous Auto-Tune The News song – so far – is The Bed Intruder Song, which has become an Internet Meme. Click the photo below to see Bed Intruder on the Auto-Tune The News YouTube Channel.
